Cancellations
Your deposit is non refundable, but in certain circumstances, we can transfer it to a different date or or different name, see.morr below:
If you cancel on the day of your booking, you are due the full room rate. This will be charged automatically to your card.
If you cancel within 2 - 6 days your date, your deposit is non-refundable, nor is it transferable.
If you cancel within 7 - 10 days, then we can transfer your deposit to a different date or name if we can fill your room. If not, your deposit is non refundable.
If you cancel your booking 10days+, then we can transfer your deposit to a different date or a different name.
