Cancellations

Your deposit is non-refundable, but in certain circumstances, we can transfer it to a different date or a different name, see more below:

If you cancel on the day of your booking, the full room rate is due. This will be charged automatically to your card.

If you cancel 2–6 days before your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable, nor is it transferable.

If you cancel 7–10 days before your arrival date, then we can transfer your deposit to a different date or name if we can fill your room. If not, your deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel your booking 10 or more days before your arrival date, then we can transfer your deposit to a different date or a different name.

Other: a 3% charge applies to your booking if you pay by credit card rather than debit card.
